The Meady’s Musings Production House opened it’s doors in 2006. Initially its owner Babita Dubay had set up www.meadysmusings.com as a
website to begin to collect all her writings and other creative works. However one night while working on the site a manicou at her gate became
her muse and inspired her to write the play:

‘Me Eat Manicou?’-A tale of the manicou at midnight and much, much more!

She founded the production company at the time Meady’s Musings Production to  produce it as a small children’s theatre production that was
performed at the Rudranath Capildeo Learning Resource Centre near her home of Mc Bean Village in Couva. The production ended up being a
community project where her cast made up mostly of children from the then ‘Philip’s Home for Children’ in Couva were the cast. The script
highlighted Babita’s love for animals, nature and her connection to what she would now call UCP:Universal Collective Prayer! Maa Chinee got mad
with the children of her village and Papa Bois the animals of his forest….all leading to a smash up where hunters from the village and two special
animals collide. The animals learn to talk base on a cosmic pact made between Maa Chinee and Papa Bois and soon the animals and villagers
become friends working together and helping each other.  A limited number of DVD copies of the recorded version of the     theatre production
done in August 2006 are being given away at the first ever Trinidad and Tobago World Peace Festival  at the National Academy of the
Performing Arts in Port of Spain, Trinidad on Sat 11 June 2011.

Meady’s Musings Production became inactive and the small company was officially dissolved. However the Meady’s Musings Production House
itself still remains open!

The Meady’s Musings Production House currently produces the following blogs:

-Meady’s Musings
Which covers the topics of sustainable and healthy living, spiritual and eco-arts and explores all things metaphysical!

-UCP: Universal Collective Prayer
A look into all the world's religions through dance, music and of course prayer! We try to explore all of the world’s religions. After all there is much
to be learnt in each of the  world’s religions why can’t we all share in them? In fact we call this thing of learning from all the world religions-UCP
and we often say we are dancing forth in UCP.

The Meady’s Musings Production House is currently working on the following:

-A storybook adaptation of
Me Eat Manicou
-A collection of The Christmas Adventures of the Purple Elephant with the Little Mouse (this should be completed by Christmas 2012)

The owner of the Meady’s Musings Production House as we like to call her: Babita Dubay is currently working on her own individual writing project.
A fantasy novel that incorporates many of the metaphysical things she discusses on the Tumultuous Thursdays installation of the Meady’s
Musings blog.  This should be complete by early 201
3 and she plans to seek to have the novel published by an external publication house. She is
currently searching for a literary agent.
